About the role:
We are looking for a construction project coordinator to support Brieker's growing Netherlands operation. This is a practical, multidisciplinary role for someone who understands site coordination, planning discipline and stakeholder communication. You will support design-build-deliver workflows, BIM-led reviews, supplier coordination, reporting and daily communication across residential, industrial, public and renovation projects.
As part of the Brieker team, you will help shape a newly structured Dutch organisation backed by 25 years of international field experience. This is an opportunity to work within an engineering-minded construction group while supporting clear processes, technical coordination and quality-oriented delivery on projects that require practical site judgement.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in construction coordination, site engineering or project delivery roles.
- Hands-on experience with planning, site documentation, BIM review or technical coordination workflows.
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, procurement and delivery-stage coordination.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, site teams and consultants.
- Working knowledge of Dutch construction expectations, permits or documentation is valuable.
- Ability to organise project information and support planned decision-making across teams.
- Comfortable working in a growing organisation where practical judgement, structure and accountability matter.
